Coach Aleigha
Aleigha Hissam brings passion, experience, and a true champion’s mindset to MC Royalty All Stars. A proud graduate of Bishop Donahue, Aleigha cheered all four years before being selected to represent her school in the WV/OH All-Star Game in 2008—a reflection of the dedication and talent she has carried throughout her cheer journey.
Her love for the sport led her back to Bishop Donahue, where she served as an assistant cheer coach from 2011–2016. During that time, the program celebrated incredible success, earning five OVAC titles, one state championship, and one state runner-up finish.
With a strong foundation in both sideline and competitive cheer, Aleigha brings knowledge, positivity, and leadership to every practice. Her coaching philosophy centers around discipline, teamwork, and building confidence. She believes the greatest victories happen both on and off the mat.
As she takes on her second season wearing the Royalty crown, Aleigha is excited to help athletes grow, push beyond their limits, and discover just how capable they truly are. She’s ready to pour into the next generation of athletes and remind them that at MC Royalty, every athlete matters, every journey is important, and once you join the kingdom, you become family. 👑
