Coach Megan
Megan Campbell is the proud owner and head coach of MC Royalty All Stars and the owner of Studio MC Performing Arts Centre. With a lifelong background in dance, cheer, and coaching, Megan has dedicated her career to creating programs where athletes feel challenged, supported, and inspired to grow. Her passion for teaching and leadership has helped shape a culture built on hard work, confidence, and family.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, which plays a huge role in her coaching philosophy and leadership style. Her ability to connect with athletes of all ages, understand different learning styles, and build confidence through encouragement and structure has become one of the foundations of her success as a coach and mentor.
Throughout her career, Megan has built an extensive background in both dance and cheerleading. She spent seven years coaching St. Clairsville Middle School alongside Mallory Cooper and Alex Mitchell, as well as three years coaching Wheeling Middle School Cheer, helping develop strong and successful programs while mentoring countless young athletes along the way.
In 2017, Megan brought her vision to life by founding MC Royalty All Stars — a program built on passion, discipline, family, and excellence. Under her leadership, MC Royalty has grown into one of the area’s most respected all star programs, known for its competitive success, strong work ethic, and positive culture. Megan takes pride in creating an environment where athletes are challenged to grow, supported through every stage of their journey, and encouraged to become confident, resilient young leaders.
For Megan, coaching is about far more than winning titles. She believes the lessons learned through all star cheer — commitment, accountability, teamwork, perseverance, and confidence — help shape athletes for life beyond the mat. Watching athletes discover their strength, chase their goals, and proudly represent the crown is what continues to fuel her passion season after season.
She considers it a true blessing to play a role in each athlete’s journey and remains committed to building a program where every athlete feels valued, empowered, and proud to be Royalty. 👑
